The operating system for your fundraise.

Built for founders who'd rather be building. AI runs the raise alongside you — investor matching, outreach, and assets — while you stay close to the product.

The first raise

The raise eats the company it's supposed to fund.

First-time founders spend 60–80 hours building investor lists by hand, 20+ hours drafting emails that get 5% reply rates, and weeks rebuilding the deck for every call. By the time a term sheet lands, the product hasn't moved in months — and the co-founder is burnt out.

01

Lists that waste weeks

Crunchbase filters lie. 40% of funds tagged "seed" haven't written a seed check in two years. You build a 200-name list and 80 of them aren't in-thesis for what you're building.

02

Outreach that sounds like everyone else's

Every cold email in a VC's inbox opens with "I hope this finds you well." Your response rate stays under 8%. The ones who reply are already out-of-thesis.

03

No one to ask the dumb question

"Is this term sheet weird?" "Is my valuation insane?" "Should I take the party round?" You need 30 minutes with an operator who's done this. Nobody's on-demand.

How it works

Three steps. Then you're running your raise.

i.

Upload your deck, get your list

Drop in your pitch deck or one-liner. RaiseOS scores every fund in the database against your specific company — thesis fit and portfolio overlap. You get a ranked list of ~100 investors in under 15 minutes.

ii.

Send outreach that sounds like you

AI drafts email and LinkedIn outreach using each investor's actual portfolio, recent writing, and thesis — not generic templates. You review, tweak, and send from your own inbox or LinkedIn account. No auto-send. No AI-spam tells. The drafts feel like ten minutes of personal research compressed into thirty seconds.

iii.

Get unstuck when you hit a wall

Ask the AI for a quick take — it knows your deck, your investor list, and where you are in the raise. When you need a human, book a 30-minute call with a fractional expert — ex-founders, former VCs, fundraise coaches — to pressure-test a term sheet, rework your narrative, or just decompress. Both included in Pro.

What's inside

Four things. One workflow.

Replaces the Crunchbase tab, the VA, the deck-review consultant, the pricing chat at a dinner party, and the spreadsheet you keep forgetting to update.

01

Investor Fit Finder

1L+ investor database, filtered to active funds, scored on thesis fit against your company. Geography, stage, sector, check size, and live check-writing behavior — not outdated tags. See who's actually right for your round, in minutes.

02

Warm & cold outreach

AI drafts for email and LinkedIn that reference real portfolio bets, published thinking, and your actual differentiation — not generic templates. The warm intro pathfinder surfaces the shortest route through your network to any investor you want to meet. Every message reads like you wrote it yourself.

03

Assets that keep up

Generate pitch deck variants, one-pagers, and data rooms from your existing materials. Iterate on narrative without rebuilding the deck from scratch. Every asset tracks where it's been — so you know which version an investor saw.

04

AI expert + fractional experts, on-demand

Ask the AI expert anytime — it knows your deck, investor list, and where you are in the raise. When you need a human, book 30–60 minute sessions with operators who've closed their own rounds: term sheet reviews, narrative workshops, pricing conversations, founder therapy. Both included in Pro. No "enterprise sales" calls to unlock access.

We were three weeks into the raise and had sent 80 cold emails with four replies. One week into RaiseOS, we had eighteen investor conversations booked — and we actually recognized the people on the other end of the table.

Questions you're probably asking

What to expect, honestly.

Valid concern — most AI outreach tools produce exactly that. Every draft uses the investor's actual portfolio companies, their published writing, and their recent activity as context — not generic "I hope this email finds you well" scaffolding. Drafts are starting points you edit and approve before sending; nothing auto-sends. Ask us for a live sample on any investor you're targeting — we'll generate one and you can judge it yourself.
Roughly 55% US, 25% Europe, 15% India + Southeast Asia, 5% LatAm and rest of world — weighted toward active seed-stage funds (defined as having written at least one seed check in the last 9 months). We cover pre-seed through Series A. If your stage or geography is niche, ask us before signing up — we'd rather tell you the coverage is thin than take your money for a weak match.
Crunchbase gives you raw data with no thesis-fit scoring — you still figure out who actually invests at your stage and sector. A VA can build a list but can't personalize outreach at depth. RaiseOS does both, plus deck review and expert calls in the same workflow. If your current setup works and you're closing fast, keep it. If you're burning 6+ hours a week on list hygiene and email drafts, $350/year pays for itself in week one.
No separate trial — the free tier IS the trial. Use it as long as you want. When you hit the point where you want unlimited matches, AI outreach, or expert calls, upgrade. We chose this over a 14-day-trial model because we'd rather you pay when you're ready to raise, not because a countdown timer hit zero.
Cancel anytime from your account settings — no "talk to retention" ladder. If you cancel within 30 days and tell us the product didn't work for you, we'll refund the full $350. After 30 days, you keep access until the paid year ends and drop to the free tier automatically. Your saved lists, drafts, and history stay intact. One-click CSV export anytime.
Series B+ founders (you already have a banker and warm access — we'd be redundant). Venture capital firms or fundraising consultants running raises for clients at scale (this is a single-founder tool, not an agency platform). And founders who aren't planning to raise at all — the free education tier is useful, but the core product only matters if a raise is on your roadmap.
You're talking to a human — specifically, one of the three people building RaiseOS. Response time on support email is under 4 hours during weekday business hours, under 24 hours otherwise. Every Pro user also gets two 30-minute onboarding calls with a founder — included in the $350. Once we're bigger, support will scale; for now, early users get disproportionate attention.
First matched investor list within 15 minutes of signup. First AI-drafted outreach email ready to send in under 30 minutes. Most founders report their first "this saved me hours" moment within the first week. First investor response typically lands within 5–10 days of first send. First investor call from cold outreach: week 3–5, depending on volume and fit.
